A surreal thriller that swoops into the world of myth then settles on the post-Chernobyl landscape of the twentieth century. A sinister Mr. Deal organises a campaign of terror and intrigue. He will stop at nothing to silence Dr C. whose apocalyptic vision of the effects of radiation is proving disruptive.
